The Roadblock You Can’t See

I heard something this morning that stopped me in my tracks:

“If you’re really committed to something, you have to be committed to addressing the roadblocks that have been keeping you from having it.”

Read that again.

Because here’s the truth:

If you’ve been trying to heal for months (or years)… doing all the things, reading all the books, following all the protocols…

And you’re still stuck?

It’s not because you’re broken.

It’s not because healing isn’t possible for you.

It’s because there’s a roadblock you can’t see yet.

A belief running in the background. A pattern your nervous system learned long ago. A story your body’s been holding onto.

& here’s the thing about blind spots - you have to raise your consciousness to see them.

You have to expand your awareness beyond the level that created the problem in the first place.

& I get it - doing that on your own can feel really challenging.

You’re trying to see what you can’t see. You’re trying to shift from the same level of consciousness that created the pattern.

That’s why having someone hold space for you changes everything.

Not because you need to be fixed - but because when you have someone guiding you to expand into that higher awareness, everything becomes clearer.

The roadblocks reveal themselves. The patterns start to make sense. & you finally see what’s been keeping you stuck.

Last week you watched someone’s transformation in real time.
