Can I be really honest with you?

Last weekend I showed up to a 70’s club in a hot pink sequin dress.

Everyone else was in jeans.

And even though I KNEW I was experiencing my inner critic…

Even though I was AWARE it was just conditioning…

Even though I teach this work every single day…

I still felt self-conscious the entire night.

The awareness didn’t magically make the feeling go away.

I noticed the judgment. I felt the discomfort. I wanted to hide.

And this is what I need you to understand about healing:

Awareness is just the first step.

You can KNOW your patterns and still feel stuck in them.

You can SEE your conditioning and still react from it.

You can UNDERSTAND the concepts and still struggle to embody them.

This is why you need more than information.

This is why I work with women in my programs for 6 months, not 6 weeks.

This is why transformation requires practice, support, and repetition - not just a breakthrough moment.

Because love, I’ve healed myself completely. I’m one of Dr. Joe Dispenza’s Stories of Transformations. I guide women through this work as a board-certified health coach.

And I STILL have to actively work through my conditioning.

The difference now?

I know what to do with it.

I’m not letting it stop me. I’m wearing that dress AGAIN - on purpose - to practice embodying my new energy.

To practice choosing my higher self over my inner critic.

To practice taking up space instead of shrinking.

That’s the real work.

Not just noticing the pattern. But actively choosing to break it. Again and again. Until the new way becomes your default.
