Identity - Beyond Others’ Eyes

"Who Are You Without Their Story?"
Have you ever stopped to consider how much of your identity was shaped by how others treated you?
Maybe it was a friend who rejected you, a partner who overlooked your worth, or a group that made you feel like you didn’t quite belong.
When that happens, it’s easy to start seeing yourself through their eyes…
To believe you’re too much or not enough.
To question your value.
To settle - not because you lack wisdom, but because a part of you forgot how powerful you actually are.
But what if none of those perceptions were ever true?
What if they were simply reflections of their pain, not a mirror of your worth?
So here’s the question worth sitting with:
✨ Who are you when you stop defining yourself by how others treated you—and start seeing yourself clearly?
Because maybe… the version of you that’s been waiting to emerge has been there all along - just buried under the weight of someone else’s story.
Ready to return to the truth of who you are? 🌱
Desire has layers…
In today’s group coaching session, the topic of desire came up—and it’s had me reflecting ever since.
Desire Has Layers…
"The Two Energies of Desire - Which One Are You Creating From?

Desire can be such a wide-ranging emotion. The desire to find a pen while writing in the moment feels vastly different than the desire for my son to heal from his health challenge… or the longing for a peaceful mountain getaway.
Each desire carries its own emotional charge, depth, and texture.
But even more important than what we desire… is how we’re holding that desire.
When we focus on what we want from a place of lack, fear, or comparison—when we feel the gap between where we are and what we don’t yet have - we actually amplify that gap. We’re unconsciously creating more of the same.
But when we hold desire with a sense of knowing—when we feel the feelings we would have if it were already ours -that’s where the magic begins.
That’s when we step into the role of the intentional creator.
That’s when desire becomes a portal to alignment, not longing.
That’s when we feel excited not because we’re desperate, but because we know it’s already done - and we’re simply welcoming it into form.
One is fueled by fear of not having.
The other is led by the trust that it’s already here.
Which one are you creating from today?
Loving Your Life Now
"The Life-Changing Power of Loving What Is"

I realized I was always wishing my life were different until I loved it for what it was.
In the past, I found myself constantly focusing on the gap between my dreams and the reality right in front of me. It seemed like I wanted the perfect relationships, lifestyle, and body, and anything less left me feeling disappointed and inadequate. 😔
But then, after years of not living the life I envisioned, I had a profound realization: it was my perception that was holding me back. 🚀 Instead of dwelling on what I lacked, I decided to practice gratitude for all the things that were already aligned with my desires. And that's when the magic began! ✨
Shifting my perspective allowed me to see my life in a new light. I started noticing that my relationships grew even more loving,
I began living the lifestyle I had been yearning for, and my health reached new heights! 🌻
All these changes were a direct result of changing the lens through which I viewed my reality.
So, if any of you are facing challenges or feeling stuck in any area of your life, I want you to know that you have the power to transform it too! 💪
By altering your perspective and embracing gratitude for the positives, you can start attracting more of what you desire.
Let's all take a moment today to reflect on the blessings we have and appreciate the progress we've made. 🙏
Remember, positive change is within reach when you change the way you perceive your life. 🌟
As we wrap up this edition…
Whether it’s the way we hold our desires, the stories we tell ourselves about who we are, or the lens through which we view our lives, every shift we make on the inside ripples into the world around us. 🌿
My hope is that these reflections invite you to notice where you might be creating from lack instead of trust, seeing yourself through old filters instead of truth, or focusing on the gap instead of the gifts already here.
When we choose alignment over fear, authenticity over old narratives, and gratitude over longing, we step into a life that feels both deeply our own and beautifully expansive.
Until next time, keep leaning toward the you that’s already whole - and watch what unfolds. ✨
