I Want to Tell You About Melissa

I want to tell you about one of my Overcomers.

Her name is Melissa, and a few months ago, she came to me after a year of doing Dr. Joe Dispenza’s work - two retreats, daily meditation, fully committed.

She was doing the consciousness work.

But something was still missing.

She’d have these incredible breakthroughs at the retreats. She’d access those elevated emotions. She’d feel the shift.

And then she’d come home… and it would start to slip away.

“I found it difficult to maintain those elevated emotions throughout the day,” she told me.
