“I Didn’t Realize I Was Scared to Feel Really, Really Good”

The one that made me cry.

During a recent breathwork session in our self-love challenge, something unexpected happened.

At the end of the session, Melissa's body let go into uncontrollable, joyful laughter.

She laughed and giggled endlessly. She couldn't stop.

"It felt like years of suppressed fun and playful energy were finally set free," she told me. "Growing up, I often got in trouble for enjoying myself, so I carried anxiety around the idea of having fun. I didn't even realize how much I was holding back until this moment."

The breakthrough belief that emerged?

"I can have fun. I am safe to have fun. Life is fun. Life is meaningful. Life can be really, really fun."

But here's what she shared with me this week that stopped me in my tracks:

"I didn't realize I was scared to feel really, really good."

She reached a state of ecstasy during breathwork, and her nervous system didn't know what to do with it.

That much joy? That much aliveness? That much freedom?

It felt unfamiliar. Almost scary.

So now she's learning - in real time - to let her nervous system feel safe with feeling GOOD.

With ease. With joy. With fun.

Because healing isn't just about releasing the pain.

It's about remembering you're ALLOWED to feel really, really good.

That's a woman who's learning to let herself feel joy.

That's a woman whose heart is open.

That's a woman who's no longer run by unconscious anger, "not enough" stories, or fear of being "too much."

That's a woman who's BECOMING.

& this is what's possible for you too.

When you raise your consciousness AND move the energy from your body.

When you disidentify from the mind AND teach your nervous system it's safe to hold the elevated state.
