There was a time in my life when everything came crashing down. I was diagnosed with a rare autoimmune disease that left me paralyzed in my legs and feet. It was the most challenging time of my life.

Looking back now, I can see why it happened: I had been reacting to everything in my life, living in constant stress. That reaction created dysfunction in my body.

During that season, I discovered breathwork - and everything changed.

Breathwork became my most powerful tool. It helped me rise above the noise of my mind, reclaim my power, and step into the frequency of my healing.

And here’s what I want you to know: this isn’t just “breathing.” Breathwork is backed by science, and it creates real changes in the body, including:

The truth is, most people are walking around with stuck energy from unprocessed trauma. That stuck energy is often the root cause of illness and disease. Breathwork helps us clear it. It helps us return to presence, raise our energy, and step into the version of ourselves we came here to be.

This is why I felt so called to deepen my path-I invested in becoming a certified Breathwork Facilitator, graduating this past July in Italy after completing an intensive 8-month training. I’m proud of the depth and quality of the education I received, and now I’m ready to bring this gift to you.
